As I'm using right-click to build, I get a visible flicker from my cursor. This is more of an annoying bug than anything else. Gif below.

Thank you for your report! However, a bug report has already been submitted about this at MCPE-11587 The mouse shouldn't even be showing unless you're in inventory, crafting, or smelting, anyways. That's how it always was in MC PC.
