Every time I try to dress up my character or make a new one, the item I want to equip does not load. Also, when I am able to sign in on PC and on Mobile and create a character, but when I log into PlayStation, the character that I've created does not show up. Instead, there's a button where the character should be that says "reload" and a message on top that says "Character failed to load". I'm also unable to equip any of the realms plus skins either. This has been happening for months. I would like to get this resolved please.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

I have had the same problem, but I can’t use the skin maker because they are all Steves, and not the gray skin
