[MCPE-14086] Milking a cow causes milk to be drunk straight away

When I milk a cow, the milk is drunk straight away. Sorry if this was reported already but I could only find a report that said it was fixed in 0.14.0, but it is back in 0.14.1

Not sure if this is linked, but also when feeding tame wolves, if you run out of what you fed them they rapidly sit down and stand up repeatedly.
