So i playing and a swarm of flying birds swarmed and attack i was sad and they got away

Not a bug.
From your description, it sounds like you were swarmed by phantoms. They look like owls but circle over the player (in groups of 3 or 4) like carrion-eaters do (vultures, crows), then divebomb him.
They only appear if the player character has not slept for (?)3 in-game days.
To avoid them, take a bed with if you're going to mine for a significant time.
