When my friends try to go through the end-gate and throw an ender pearl they appear in an area without solid blocks, it is seen that they have passed but they die from the void. Please fix this as my friends lost 100 experience levels. Thanks for your time.I haven't got screenshots.

This sounds like a problem which just got fixed in the latest beta version (according to the changelog for 1.17.30.25).
Unfortunately you don't have access to betas on the Switch, so I suggest turning all experimental gameplay options off.
