Block Entites drop from randomly from the ground and walls. It seems to only happen on Oak Wood and Stone. Also when ever I walk around 40 blocks away, some signs fall off when I come back.
Block Entites that drop: Torches, Signs, Item Frames, Ladders, and Paintings.

Relates to MCPE-11477.
0.14.2 still the Block Entities drop. Please fix it. You already fix the weakness potion so you can fix this minor bug also.
This issue duplicates MCPE-12973. Please perform a search next time to make sure your bug hasn't already been reported.
Mine to it fall on the ground. Im on Android 5.1 when it happen!
