Bees are not spawning inside 1.17.11

I know this has been reported and then ignored by the staff.  But when users report that things are not working, perhaps you need to take the situation seriously.

Bee's nests are not spawning.   You can plant hundreds (5 stacks of 64) Oak and Birch trees with a flower 1 block away, and you will not get a bee's nest.   You can search in flowered forests and not one single natural spawned bee's nest.

Honey is a key ingredient to making machines as it is sticky but doesn't stick to slime.

You broke it!   Admit that you did and fix it!  Not wait for version 18.    Go line by line through your code and figure out what you did wrong.

Playing inside of Bedrock sadly shows the bad commitment from Mojang and the Microsoft team in the implementation of Minecraft.   Bedrock desn't provide the range of information that the java edition does.  there is no F3 to get info on what biome you are located inside of.

It makes some sense in the

MCPE-132195 that new spawn rules be given for bees not to spawn in frozen biomes, and you might also include desert and ocean too, but open up the window and look outside.  You can have bees in just about everywere else in this REAL LIFE world we live in.

If you want to make the game playable, you need to give at least some rationality behind limiting bees to just two small distinct biomes that may not exist inside many minecraft worlds
