[MCPE-141355] [Experimental] Can't fly above Y=320 with an Elytra

Title. To reproduce:

Create a new world with the experimental toggle enabled.
Equip an Elytra and some rockets.
Change gamemode to survival.
Try to go above y > 320. You can't.

the build height limit is 320, that is probably why.

build height Y=320 is for placing blocks, not flying Y limit

I was playing creative and tried another glitch somebody else had posted here. Currently it won't let me fly above 318 there is a barrier, and as the reported bug said, if you teleport to 330 blocks height you fall to 321 and then hit an invisible floor. I assume you are experiencing the same glitch in survival.
