I placed a sign on a fencepost and tried to write stylized text beginning with symbol characters (underscores to be exact). When I dismissed the editor, the sign removed all new line returns from the final rendering.
STEPS to REPRODUCE:
Place sign
Type in 7 underscore characters.
Press Enter key
Type in text "MENDING"
Press Enter key
Type in 6 tilde character.
Press Esc key.
Expected:
_______
MENDING
~~~~~~Error Observed:
_______MENDING
~~~~~~
