Creepers killed by skeleton don't drop music discs

I tried at least 100 times, but none of them drop discs. It doesn't happen in 1.17.11.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Have a skeleton kill a creeper

Observed Results:
The creeper does not drop a music disc.

Expected Results:
The creeper should drop a music disc.

Confirmed this is happening to me as well on version 1.17.30

Confirmed, I built a chamber where creepers can be shot by skeletons and it only drops gunpowder. "*From Beta 1.17.30.25"

Also confirmed, set up the TNT multikill trick and through the TNT kill was patched out, turns out it's just all broken.
I'm assuming the thorns change tweaked something in the damage calculation and removed the Skeleton Damage type or something.

Yup, just got a skeleton to kill a creeper today on a multiplayer survival while I was playing on the Windows 10 Edition and only received gunpowder sadly, hope this gets fixed soon, as this bug prevents 8 different items from being obtained through survival.

EDIT: this is now FIXED via 9/30/21 hot fix 1.17.32 Using my newly created mob farm, and have tried several skeletons killing creepers. No music discs are dropping. 1.17.30. Pls fix tryna collect stoof
