Dark areas around intense light sources when RTX/ray tracing is enabled

There are large dark spots around intense light sources, which suggests lack of bounce lighting.

Yes, it still presents in the latest version, and is only in place with many light sources.

I upload my world to https://1drv.ms/u/s!AiI_fCiaWeODoPA53FKUUkKqQ_n3_w?e=ww8lh8. And I am using the Defined PBR resource pack https://mcpedl.com/defined-pbr-an-rtx-resource-pack/. My graphic card is RTX2060 mobile, which is lowest tier GPU supporting RTX.

Getting this bug in 1.19.20. RTX pack is Kelly's RTX with some custom stuff made by me (affected lights are Kelly's RTX).
