[MCPE-141868] Minecraft stuck on "Initializing upload" after trying to upload realm, leads to console crashes

I have a Minecraft world on Xbox one X that is 2.1 GB and i want to upload it to realms. The level export works fine, but afterward you get a screen that says "Initializing upload", this screen stays for about 2-4 minutes, then Minecraft just crashes, sending me to the home screen.
