[MCPE-142030] crossbow weird holding

crossbow doesn't align in the middle of the screenwhen reloading it with arrow

steps to reproduce:

take an crossbow

reload it with arrow

expected results:

the crossbow should have aligned it the middle

Is this only happening on a Bedrock Dedicated Server? What plaform are you using?
