Not only are editable skins and clothing items not loading, it's also maps and downloaded skins from the store. It basically says that it can't load. Check your connection... I'm connected... still nothing. I even tried to restart my computer 3 times, then I did the application itself... nothing worked.. It says to go to Profile Settings, which I go, still can't do anything about it.
Even the things that you can freely download have reset. Not only from free events, but also from achievements.
I have no idea what is happening. But I do know this, it happened before the recent update of 9/22/2021. And now the bot is saying that it's invalid. Good support actually, I used one of their links to figure out what's wrong. I'm fine with that.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Issues such as these are often due to a temporary service outage, and are handled by the team outside the bug tracker.
Watch Mojang Status for official announcements, or Downdetector for community reported outages.
If there is no general outage, please first try to verify that the problem is not with your local connection or network settings. Afterwards contact Community Support for assistance and refer to this ticket (e.g. "I have reported this issue on Mojira as MCPE-XYZ.").
You might also try to deactivate any VPN in use, and check your firewall settings. If your device supports mobile data, try switching to wifi. If possible, try using a different wifi network.
If you are still unable to access a paid service such as a realm or purchased content, please contact Mojang Support.

OcelotOnesie, is this all you say, that a complaint is invalid? These bugs are completely valid. They are on multiple different platforms, involving all sorts of connections, with and without VPNs or firewalls. And Mojang Support will do nothing about the Marketplace. It seems they have completely washed their hands of it, and will not fix any bugs pertaining to it.
Same and I just tried getting realm plus but it wouldn't work either so there's a day gone
