I was going to play Minecraft Bedrock on Xbox Series X and the game crashed on startup. This might be an issue on other consoles but Iām not sure

Does MCPE-141836 describe your issue?
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. My son is having similar issues with his Samsung Galaxy A20. Seems to be linked to external storage, if he uninstalls and reinstalls, game loads but if he changes storage location to external it crashes, and then will crash on attempting to load the game.
