Mob farm with a trident killer has the tridents despawning after player leaves the area. Issue was noticed after upgrading to 1.17.30 and I was able to duplicate the issue this afternoon when I threw 4 new Impaling 5 tridents into the kill chambers. To ensure it wasn't my console I did an error check on the software installation, reinstalled Minecraft, and rebooted the system and the issue persisted afterwards.

@The Doctor The trident killers are all chunk aligned properly. This is a reported bug though so the Devs appear to be aware of the bug already.

This problem still exists on the latest 1.17.41 version. Throw a trident and it works fine, leave the area and return and the trident has vanished.
I am playing on a realm and using the caves and cliffs experimental toggle.
Please make sure that you are not a chunk border. If you are then this bug report could be related to MCPE-141539
