When I try to load my realm. It says it's building the world, then says done and freezes before it let's me into my realm. Then the app crashes. I have try to use a different device and it still didn't work. I have tryed to use a different account and it seems only my realm is affected that I know of. Please fix this so I can access my realm.

So when you log in with another Xbox account the Realm works on this device but if you log in with your original account it doesn't?
Since we are in Alpha tests for Realms at the moment, we do not offer support for individual Realms. If this issue would occur in a released version (not a alpha/beta test) you would contact support so we can look into your specific account. If you can log into another account Realm - it seems that the issue is related to an account - not service in general.
I have reported this issue and we will test it, however this is very hard to reproduce if it is not device related.
