[MCPE-142410] Hoppers dispensing into wrong container

Hoppers facing into a container and with a hopper beneath will dispense into both containers.

The images of the hopper inventory are of the bottom hopper

This is because the lower hopper pulls from the container (hopper) above, while the upper hopper also pushes into the (chest) container to the side.
