[MCPE-142481] (Experimental) Flat world deleted but sky builds are still there

My friends world broke because she turned on caves and cliffs in 1.17.11 and updated to 1.17.30

My whole map is gone except the sky builds because of the update with the flat world bug. (Yeah, i got nothing-)
