player skins rendering as steve and animating incorrectly

this bug seems to happen whenever a player goes out of your render distance and come back. when they come back, their skin will turn to the default steve skin and sometimes even look like the below image. it also seems to happen even more in console (xbox ps4 switch (any version of bedrock edition with local multiplayer)) witch just makes skins kinda useless if this bug just makes it unable for other people to see your skins... I would honestly be surprised if no one else has reported this bug... but anyway, enough rambling from me, please just fix this bug :}
