[MCPE-142512] Wrong villages generating swap biome

The seed is -789741295 and coordinates 2325 82 43

There is much plains houses are generated in swap biome. Because its wrong place called Swap Biome. Look in screen shot, no using expermient. Must be plains biome but there are so dumb want wrong.
