Im trying to do a effect command towards a tag and or person in general but the command block replies with " request to create ( effect ) sent to all players " appears and it doesn't work ive even tried on another world and without command blocks yet it still doesn't work.

I'm having the exact same issue with all my attempts. I have used command blocks a lot on this world too with no other issues. Creating animated stuff and screen shakes but particles don't work
