[MCPE-14262] Space between Japanese text characters is too large

when i chat in japanese,gap of the character is too wide. 0.14.2 has same bug.

Confirmed in 0.14.2 / iOS. Signs have the same problem at least in this version. It seems that the game renders the entire letters in a line as full-width when it has at least one full-width letter.
