[MCPE-14313] Chat notifications appear too high and dissapear too quickly.

When a chat notification like "blank player has died from falling", it appears too high in the chat command box and disappears way too quickly.
To replicate:
1. Make a situation where you can die in Minecraft/have the chat display a message.
2. Perform the action.
