Tall Grass grows on Farmland

That would be due to world gen. I’ve found tall grass on a piece of bedrock before, and it broke instantly.

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.41)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).

I still found dis issue at the Coastal Village seed at 1.17.4
