when receiving a notification during play, the game intensely flickers and frames drop for the duration of the pop up. when the notification goes away, the flickering stops and frames go back to normal.
attempting to record it directly causes no issues. not even frame drops. recording the last 30 seconds doesn't show the flickering on video but the frames still drop. here is a link to a video of the issue
