Boat controls while not in boat and minecart controls while not in a minecart

When in a boat if you power off your device then die while device is off, you'll respawn with boat controlls and be unable to move.

Phone is Samsung galaxy s5 active

Confirmed to affect iOS as well. Once correctly reproduced, you aren't able to move either, until the world reloads.
