[MCPE-143295] On joining as local Player 2 in co-op split screen hangs on 'Building terrain'. Will not complete

On joining as a local Player 2 in co-op, the split screen appears and hangs on 'Building terrain'. It will not complete and Player 1 needs to exit the game.
