Moss carpets block the effect of bookcases on the enchantment table.

When trying to decorate around my enchantment station, I found that the moss rugs that I placed on the floor were blocking the effect of the bookcases adjacent to the moss rugs. This does not happen with wool rugs, as they do not interfere with the effect of the bookcases on the enchantment table.
