duplication glitch when punching block while holding items

well the gkitch spawned/appeared when i was holding a iron and then when i punched a block and it duplicated my iron (i tried with other ittems and it still works) please fix this glitch because when i find an exploit i go to farr with it and have nothing to do with that world
