I was trying to install the horror map, but it says "Level Import Failed" I still try to fix it unfortunately didn't work

Well, this is got happened yesterday, and my friends say that I installed this map, but that error message are appear on my game I keep trying to install the map but still "Level Import Failed" idk I already fix my phone and my internet but didn't work.
