[MCPE-143855] Cannot Upload a skin into minecraft bedrock

When you open up Minecraft, go to Profile, then to edit character, You cannot choose a classic minecraft skin nor upload a custom one. Everything is blank there and nothing works.

Do you have any resource packs enabled in Settings > Global Resources? If so, does disabling them fix the issue?

Yes, That has fixed the issue! That even resolved another issue i was having with the game, Thank you very much!
