[MCPE-14396] Can 0.14.2 and 0.14.1 players play on multiplayer together

You see I want to play with my brother he plays on his Windows 10 edition I play pocket edition on my tablet. I have 0.14.2 he has 0.14.1 is there anyway I could get 0.14.1 back so we can play together?!
