When two or more bees try to pollinate at the same time a flower that is in its distance limit of 21 blocks, they push each other causing that the first to reach the flower do not get pollen and that they return to their honeycomb without pollen.
On the other hand, if the flower is closer, several bees can pollinate it at the same time.
This is recreated by placing at least one or two honeycombs with 2 or 3 bees each one inside a greenhouse and 21 blocks in front of them place a flower, if the bees leave the honeycomb at the same time it will be easier to recreate it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a green house, 3x23 in the inside, the structure is 5x25, any height
2. Place 3 or 6 (if you want to see the bug clearly) bee nest full of bees in one of the short sides
3. On the opposite side place six flowers or 3 leaving a free row
4. Close the greenhouse, so the bees can´t scape
Observed result:
The bees atempt to polinizate the flowers, but the first to reach them gets pushed by the next one, going back to the bee nest without any polen , and the next bee gets pushed too by the next one, ant this is repeated until all the bees are pushed but the last one. only 1 got polen.
Expected results:
The bees who got pushed, will go back to the flower to actually get polen instead of going back to the nest with nothing.
