still having issue

the previous issue that was resolved with a "duplicate" issue, was not a fix to my problem. The suggested fix for the issue does nothing, trust me, I've searched, seen that resolve and tried it with no avail.

I cannot change my worlds names or type in a seed at all!
it worked once when I first downloaded the game, the next day nothing.
I just want my issue resolved, thank you
