All tamed and named mobs despawned.

All my tamed and named pets and the villagers that were in boats despawnd after the most recent update. 
My friend joined my game than my game was laggy and all the mobs diaperd including my named mobs and my villagers that were in boats. And not to mention my tamed horses. Please fix this. I worked so hard getting those villagers.
