Packs not loading, and character creation not working

I am having some major issues.

So I have spent $70 to buy this game and some packs all within the last couple days.

Downloaded one pack and planned on doing the rest later. Came back today bought some more packs, and went to download a few and it says my ps4 does not have enough space... which is bull my system itself has 110 gigabytes and my external has 2.3tb.

I have Uninstaller and reinstalled multiple times, and nothing works. Struggled to get the first pack I had originally downloaded successfully the first day to get put back on. Took a while but it worked, but still back to the no space again. Plus I only have one world and one character. So that doesn't take up much space.

Then went to character creation and my created character was gone, and when I go to edit her back, none of the options load but like the first two.  So I can't actually change anything.

I am really starting to get extreamly mad at this point, because I feel like I have waisted $70 on a game that just won't work. 

Really wish I had read up on the issues before I bought the game, because I am seeing people that are going through the same issues. From like 2018 with no resolution.

Not only that, but Me and my roommate, when we play together, the server or what ever will just randomly stop working. This happens daily, and sometimes multiple times in a day.
