Since the past couple months I've been trying to customize my skin or change it but it keeps trying to load in and take so very long time which I waited for a whole day and a half for it to load in which did not work out well. I don't know if it's my internet but it can't be that since all my other games that require internet is working fine and isn't lagging out so hopefully you guys can figure out the issue on why I can't change my skin or customize my own or if you guys know something about it that I'm missing. I appreciate that you you giving me your time to read this and hopefully I can hear back from you guys and I can mostly understand what's going on.
