[MCPE-145397] "Restart global resources ; Resources were not loaded previously"

Hello good night I have a problem with minecraft bedrock and it is that when I open minecraft I get a box at the top of the minecraft screen saying "Restart global resources;‎ Resources were not loaded previously" and the screen keeps loading , some solution to this problem

Are you sure it happens on 1.17.34 version? Regarding your screenshots (time and date) it looks more like 1.17.40. Please let us know.
