In the last several weeks, in game chat has been broken. If you send a message it will be severely delayed, however in game whispering works in real time still. Anvils have also been broken since the time chat has died.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
