Summary
When you look at a Enderman, they become angered, REALLY ANGERED. With that much rage that you have, you would shake your arms violently. Not on Bedrock. This is probably a bug with the animations of the entity or that it's intended for NO REASON AT ALL?
Steps to Reproduce
Spawn/Locate an Enderman
Look at it's face/head
The Enderman doesn't shake in rage
Observed Results
The Enderman doesn't shake in rage.
Expected Results
The Enderman shakes in rage

Not a bug. In the 1.2.0 update, the developers removed enderman showing rage when aggravated.
