[MCPE-145975] New blocks spawn in explored areas

When I transferred over my world from"Minecraft: Xbox One Edition"I found new blocks inside of chunks I've been in.

Works as intended, worlds can be updated if transferred into bedrock and played in the latest snapshot version.
