The software was closed because an error occured

Hello

I bought MINECRAFT for my NINTENDO SWITCH one month ago.

I can't play with this game for 2 weeks.

When I play it for 1 minute I have the message : 'The software was closed because an error occured'.

It's the same thing if I want to save the game at the beginning when I start to play.

1) I deleted the Minecraft game several times and downloaded it again:

  • either on the memory card

  • either in the internal memory of the switch

2) I have no problem with WIFI because I download the game very well.

3) I have checked several times if the data in this game was corrupted but it was ok every time.

4) if I play with another NINTENDO account it seems to be OK.

5) I haven't any problem with my nintendo switch with the other Games

Do you have another solution?

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)?
