enchantment glint looks pixelated

when any item is enchanted, it renders a glint on it.
this glint on bedrock looks pixelated and not smooth, unlike java, where the glint moves smoothly throughout the item.
This is even more visible when using a custom glint on both platforms, where on bedrock it looks like a mess, but on java it moves smoothly and is properly rendered.

note: this only affects items, and not models like armor, shields, etc.

another thing I've seen is, when upscaling the item resolution to match the glint size (for example making the netherite sword 256x instead of 16x) it doesnt look pixelated, and moves rather smoothly.

final note, there are tons of inconsistencies and parity issues regarding the enchantment glint on bedrock, it would be great if they could be fixedΒ
