I have downloaded minecraft in order to do a project with my friends. And I have tried all of the methods to fixing the issue, but I still can't get into their world. It feels like I wasted my money on a broken game

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
