Giant dripstone spike generates through y0-y100 penetrating all the layers.
Expected result: Dripstone spikes only generate in caves.
Actual result: dripstone spike goes through all the layers and sticks up y100
How to reproduce: 1.type in seed 431189203
2. Near spawn you will find a dripstone spike from y0 to y100
