I have a world that I have been on starting after 1.17 was released and I had a lot of villagers in a room with beds and no way to wonder off or despwan and they all just disappeared, I also had a large house full of dogs and they were sitting but now they are all gone, I could still start a raid in the village for some reason.

Having same issue with entire villages despawn and all mobs. Iron golems, fish, sheep, pigs, horses with saddles and armor, etc. Only happened when I had a second player on split screen, but still very annoying to lose so much stuff.
