Hitbox desync between VR and actual hitbox

Basically, it feels like the Hitboxes of all the blocks are misaligned to where you see them at. This is more likely to be caused by your avatar becoming misaligned from the headset on the Quest 2.  This issue also makes it that when you die and auto respawn, your movement is skewed so that trying to move forward would move you in a random direction.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
