Did the lightning strike near the mobs that disappeared?
Mobs are damaged and can be killed by lightning, particularly if there are multiple strikes in quick succession.

No, As shown in the image, the farms were covered and on the other side (right side) everything is under glass, I have lightning in each corner of the house area (so to avoid accidents), no animal is close to one for rays, much less those that were in the area under glass (bees, rabbits and parrots)
