Game resets upon restart [SOLVED]

FIX: Move the game to C:/ drive

Hi I recently changed my C:/ drives properties and it looks like this may cause the issue

So i applyed my previus system restore point and that didn´t fix the issue

The "Reset" that i put into the summary includes:

Unloading texture packs

Signing out of Microsoft account

Removing the option to apply custom skins

Video, audio, accessability are reseted

Sensitivity, spyglass dumping, keyboard settings are reseted

Custom servers are removed

For some reason in the game files options.txt has the right settings but the game just doesnt load them

Same with custom servers the servers are there (in the file) but not in the game

This makes the game unplayable (Well, only if you want to change the settings, skins, log in every restart)

Please don´t flag this as duplicate, im looking for solution and i was browsing through duplicates and wasnt able to find it.
